April-October: M, W, Th, F, S. = 9-5pm / (CLOSED TUESDAYS)
Sunday = 1-5pm

Prices:

All prices are subject to change without notice; however our goal is to provide you with the highest quality product for the lowest price around. We will not be beat. Trade discounts are available based upon volume. Please call for details.

Claims:

Shortages and damages must be claimed at time of delivery and noted in detail. Failure to comply with the preceeding, voids any claims for credits. Valid claims will be processed immediately; however, we will at no time be responsible for more than the purchase price of the stock.

Delivery Policy:

CreekSide Tree Nursery offers an instate delivery service for all its products. Please call us for delivery fees and information regarding your order.

Customer Pick-up:

For better customer service, please arrive at least 30 minutes or more before closing time when picking up your order. For your convenience, stock can be pulled in advance, given sufficient notice.

Returns:

All Transactions are Final. No Returns or Refunds after the stock has been paid for and/or tagged and/or removed from premise.

Warranty:

CreekSide Tree Nursery GUARANTEES all plants that we sell to be viable for one year from date of purchase or we will replace them for 50% of price paid for item. NO CAUSE FOR FAILURE EXCLUDED! No other guarantee or warranty is expressed or implied.

Sales Tax:

Under Colorado State Law, we are required to collect sales tax for sales to companies without a Sales Tax License. We Collect tax at the rate of 4.75% or the most current rate. Tax-exempt projects will require a photocopy of the Exemption Certificate when payment is made.
