Description
This Ornamental Pear is a narrow selection suitable for street plantings or close to houses. Oval glossy green leaves turn an attractive reddish purple in autumn. An abundance of white clustered flowers appear in spring with gorgeous fall color in the winter. An excellent choice for a trouble-free beautiful addition to any landscape. A close replica of the Cleveland Select Pear. Most cannot tell the difference however the Chanticleer tends to grow a bit slower and carry larger quantities of pea-sized inedible fruits.
