This attractive new variety is a slow-growing selection of Austrian Black Pine maturing 18 to 20 feet tall and 15 feet wide. Oregon Green has dark green stiff needles more numerous than the species. These stiff and thick needles result in less needle drop in the summer. In the spring there is a firework explosion of pearly white candles that emerge in clusters. This plant can be used as a stand alone specimen or for a wooded expanse. It is loved by a variety of birds that nest in its dense branches.
